I turned it in about 2 minutes before and then saw the "headstone." I paused it and want about my morning activities and snapped the pic before I left.

This was his fantastical notion of what college really was.
Why else would Screech, Slater, and Kelly all end up with him when they were supposed to be going elsewhere post Bayside?
Kelly was his true love, Screech his true friend, and Slater was his true rival.
Jessie and Lisa get left behind b/c ultimately Zack's consciousness merged them into his "new" friends. This started to happen in his high school years with Tori popping in and out. His mind was trying to create new friends to stave off the insanity of eternity.
