Between Giant and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, was there ever a more desirable woman in Hollywood? She had it all. Today's crop pales in comparison.

Damn she was good! A true prima donna! Directors never knew how they were gonna be able to work with her. She married Richard Burton twice which had the same issues Charlie Sheen has. They would have some knock down drag out drunken brawls all for the media to make money off of. She will be missed by not only her fans but all the charities she gave her time to for good causes. I'm curious to learn how her estate will be handled, maybe all going to a charity.

cute

The George Burns line was something like "doctors have been telling me to stop smoking and drinking for years" "But this is the 5th one I've out-lived"

Liz Taylor really was an amazing beauty in her youth. As someone who grew up well after that it was kinda shocking to see that gross thing on TV was a perfect 10 decades before

I'm going to miss her.

She was fine fine when she was young.

Loved her in "Cleopatra" which is undeservedly criticized as a movie. Didn't turn a profit, but far from a "bad" film. It's one of my favorites.

It's absolutely deservedly criticized. that movie is a flaming pile of Hollywood excess crap. It's not good.

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? however, is one of the greatest movies ever made, and she friggin carries that film. Gorgeous and talented.

Her last onscreen film appearance? The Flintstones.

I really like a rather obscure movie with her and Montgomery Clift. Raintree County.

I really like a rather not obscure movie with her and Montgomery Clift. A Place in the Sun.
