I mean, I feel like most people didn’t know his character’s name either. I’ve watched Terminstor 1 and 2 many times and I didn’t know it

Only 81, as he always played older. A mainstay of television in the 70s, 80s and 90s, he always seemed to be playing characters 5 to 10 years older than his chronological age.
Probably responsible for a lot of voice acting you cats would recognize, especially video games going back to the 90s (notably LeChuck, Monkey Island, but dozens if not hundreds of video game and animation credits, including the narrator in WoW).

I didn’t realize he was also in T1 until a recent rewatch.

Hate to hear that. He was great as Silberman.
And while Silberman was an antagonist of sorts and maybe a bit of a dick, it’s hard to blame him for being skeptical of time-traveling humans and cyborgs and Armageddon predictions.
Since he makes an appearance in T3, it seems like he was smart enough to keep his mouth shut about the terminator fight he witnessed during Connor’s escape in T2 so that he didn’t end up in a padded room too.
