I wish they would’ve made the alien and the kid like each other earlier. This last episode with the wife was really funny. Tudyk is hilarious.

I do think there’s something more to the original Harry. His wife mentioned that he abandoned his practice in NYC, and that some guys showed up at their door one time. He probably was in some shite which will catch up to the Alien Harry.

I thought the episode last night was pretty solid. Not as funny, but a really good episode. I for real thought Darcy might bite it. It was also a cool way for the writers to let us in on the alien’s world/life.

Just caught the pilot, happy to see that the general consensus here is that it keeps being funny.

Really fun first season. 8.5/10. Casting was great, the storylines were enjoyable, and left it off w/ “wonder how they’ll pick it up from there” moment. A really nice escape for an hour a week, looking forward to season two.

I watched this last night. It ended rather abruptly I thought.
So why did the doc poison the other doc? I’m curious if the graphic novel follows that same story.
Anyway, except for a few storytelling choices and a couple of less than exceptional actors, I really liked this show. Very funny and the characters are awesome.

Absolutely. He and the deputy nail it, and to be honest, I was a bit suspect about her early on. But the lines she's given and delivers... I'm a fan.
I did enjoy the VERY ending, but lots of the paths they took to get there felt rushed and ridiculous.
Dude has 80 seconds to NOT obliterate humanity, and he's picking off security guys one by one, like he's playing a video game. Just LEAVE already! It's pointless to bother "saving" anyone now.
Didn't care for the music selection either. It felt like they were reaching for a Guardians of the Galaxy vibe, but it didn't land.
And Darcy taking the parking brakes off on that guy's car... terrible. Do that move on a hill above a lake, or a cliff, what ever, I get it. But having a car careen into a intersection with cars haplessly going by... real funny if one or more ended up dead because of that stunt. Just bad writing.
