Which means that the advertisements for this movie are just like the original.
The original had an amazing teaser. I was so stoked about it.

Yeah. It's like Event Horizon (or any number of scary movies) never happened in their universe.
As I type this, more freaky crap happens.
This movie is bananas.
"Well . . . we found the worms." I think I love this movie so far.

Will that Asian chick ever age? She looks exactly the same as she did in Rush Hour 2.

The only thing I’m not liking so far is keeping suspension of disbelief on the whole energy crisis.
Yes, things would go downhill like they say.
But the first world isn’t running out of power for hundreds of years even if we run out oil tomorrow and don’t use renewables.

I missed it taking care of kids. What is going on in the first little bit? What are they firing? I'm at the point where she is Skyping her husband.

I believe it some sort of particle accelerator, but don't think they explained it fully.

Yeah, it’s like a less depraved Event Horizon so far.
I’m getting vibes I’m goimg to be unsatisfied with how they tie all these threads back together in less than a hour.

Ooooh glad we are seeing what is happening on Earth. Hopefully both stories play out well.

It’s some kind of particle accelerator that can generate massive amounts of energy by

Relying on magic unicorns never pays off in the end.

Exactly what I was thinking. How many of things were actually on earth at the same time?
