Does Ocean’s 11 count?
A forgettable movie despite an all-star cast gets reimagined and becomes one of the greatest, most beloved heist movies with a completely different all-star cast.
Then women ruined it with Ocean’s 8 from what I understand. Typical.

Scarface (this one is actually debatable). A lot of good suggestions. I haven't seen most of the originals so I can't make a judgment.

The Office (US) is better than The Office (UK)

Yes.

The Nolan Batman trilogy was better than the Burton-Schumacher franchise.
I don’t even compare them. They’re both amazing for what they are. Burton always wins for me because it was awesome comic book Batman of my youth.

The Italian Job with Wahlberg, Theron, and Norton is a solid remake.

I’ve got these arrows reversed. Would love to hear why you think You’ve Got Mail is better than TLSATC.

I have to disagree with this. As much as I like the remake of Oceans 11 with Clooney, Pitt, etc , the original version with the Rat Pack and Cesar Romero is decent and has a great ending.

Spider-Man Triology (Tom Holland) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Spider-Man triology (Tobey Maguire)
Ehhhhh
Only if you look at how each ended more than the others.
I'd say their 1st movies are roughly on par, and both have great actors as their villains.
2nd movie, hands down, goes to the Tobey franchise. It is, to this day, the best Spider-Man movie.
3rd movie definitely goes to No Way Home. Not even close.
At best the two are a push, depending on personal opinion, but I can't see a way that Holland's is so much better than Maguire's, as you seem to claim.

Star Trek: The Next Generation
Cinderella (Lily James) is by far the best of those.
Maguire has the best single Spider-Man film entry but Holland’s is the better overall trilogy.

Live action Aladdin was better than the original- that might be the only cartoon to live action adaptation you can say that about.
