It’s clear that Palpatine uses the World between Worlds to “time travel.” What causes Ezra to pull Palpatine out into the World between Worlds? Is this what Sabine and Ashoka went off to stop? Did Thrawn convince Ezra of this?

I sincerely hope this isn’t the case but more and more evidence is pointing this way. Filoni is a GD saint and no one should touch his characters IMO.

Be warned, there are no star wars fans on this board.

But time travel via the world between world's is possible.

Movie only fans are garbage.

I think Rise of Skywalker is definitely gonna implement Time travel. We’ve already seen it in Rebels and the Vader Comics. Also Palpatine has been possessing bodies via Momins helmet. I think Palpatine will show up on the Death Star and try to possess Kylo.

I thought the time travel idea was kinda crazy the first time I heard it but the more I think about it, the more it makes sense.

The "Skywalker" timeline is absolutely dead. The characters people care about are dead. The world and characters they introduced in the sequel trilogy are complete dead ends.

Their "soft reboot" attempt turned into an accidental execution.

The only hope to ever make new Star Wars movies is to have them set in a dramatically different timeline/universe.

That’s good IMO. Just give Filoni and Favreau the keys.

We came up with a crap villain no one likes. Just kill him off w/ no backstory or development and bring back successful villain that was obviously killed in Return Of The Jedi. No problem. These idiots will swallow anything.

Snoke could have been an interesting villain but he was quickly Rianized.

The Emperor returning looks like a classic Hail Mary desperation throw. They screwed up and killed the gent who was going to be the Big Bad. They had to get a replacement and the Emperor at least is remembered fondly by the fans.

Its probably the only thing with even a vague chance of working.

At this point I'm just ready for this to end. I will celebrate that they didn't drag Ahsoka Tano into all this and ruin her character and take that small victory.

Face it, I could care less about Rey as a character. She is a terrible character. Seriously, the second they took a huge steaming crap on the Luke Skywalker character, Star Wars died. It’s obvious that Disney has zero clue why Star Wars was popular. Lightsabers they do not kill anymore and every man in the show is a whimsy, whinny wuss. Ren is not evil, he is a teenager throwing a damn fit for two movies. Leia bitch slapping Poe, Uhg... every OT character is treated like shite by Disney. Uhg, time for a drink.
