Kim told him to turn himself in. Jimmy can't do that so he's basically getting himself caught.
No way was he going to kill Marion as he doesn't have it in him. Think back to Vacuum man's basement and him cowering from the cancer ridden Walt. Jimmy is not into the violence.
No one, other than Jessie, has survived so does Jimmy go out via suicide by cop, or kill himself? I don't see him being arrested as with one episode left there isn't time for much of anything beyond him going away in cuffs and I don't see them ending that weakly.

Maybe I missed something but when was Saul Goodman associated with being a Con Man? He was never accused or convicted of that.
Seems like a weird search engine return.
