Sadly I've never seen this.

oh its a fantastic movie and the casting was damn near perfect.
probably Corey Feldman's best role and bruce dern - burbs is > michael grossman - tremors
eta i was a huge brother theodore fan on letterman appearances before this movie came out so i especially appreciated his character.

Let me know if you find it available anywhere. My smart TV says no, and google tells me no, though there's some outdated results saying it's on netflix, but isn't.
Another cool thing about the movie, is no sex and minimal violence, and the worst word they say is GD. So it's quite family friendly for older kids.
ETA- I wonder if our old buddy ol' pal CAD703X has this on his plex server....

Nope! I'm on fiber now so you should be able to even stream the 4k stuff if you want.
Make sure your client settings are maxed out. For some dumb reason Plex defaults remote connections to 720p
Eta I recommend shrinking if your looking for a series. 30 minutes episodes and a great binge.
