Basically all the things you couldn't do for suicide squad you could do for this movie bc it was made by marvel. Both movies were rancid dog shite with more holes than Swiss cheese but somehow CACW was certified fresh by this board.

This is a really good analogy. I mean, if you leave out Saudi's definition of injustice.

Did you watch the movie? He's a Prince and the Black Panther has been a protector through generations. So, obviously the government funds it.

Its almost as if this thread is made just so we can see who won't like a comic book regardless.

This was not a great movie and the main plot was about as bad as Suicide Squad, but Black Panther was an amazing part of this movie and very well done.

There were parts I liked about the movie. Overall, I thought it was a lot better than Suicide Squad. There were some really dumb parts, though.

Captain America, Defender of the Defenseless, throws innocent passengers from their vehicles onto a major highway.

Captain America: "Bucky, don't kill anyone."

Bucky: "I haven't and I won't."

*SWAT team storms the apartment; Bucky breaks several spines and crushes three skulls into concrete.*

This movie and Suicide Squad do not belong in the same sentence.

I completely agree. Black Panther was a great addition. Heck, I even liked Spider-Man. My biggest issue with the movie is Vision. In the previous movie he was "the answer", supposedly a being so powerful and wise, and you have him at HQ baking muffins and doing home decor for half the movie.

Just need a quick reminder of what the new Ghostbusters scored on Rotten Tomatoes. That'll do.

There was no bad guy to fight. What did you need Vision for?
This movie was about super heros argueing with each other, and play fighting with each other, and introducing Spider-Man and Black Panther to the party.
Were you expecting Vision to come out and laser beam Captain America in half? or have Scarlett Witch rip Iron Man limb to limb?

Bucky?

Bucky isn't some all powerful bad guy, and they were trying to bring him back to the good side. Spider-Man stopping his bionic arm with relative ease showed how puny Bucky is compared to a real superhero with real super powers, and Spider-Man is not Hulk or Thor.

This movie wasn't about super heroes showing off their talents, other than Spider-Man and Black Panther, in a fight. They reluctantly fought against each other, not trying to hurt one another, except for Black Panther and Iron Man trying to kill Bucky out of a misplaced revenge.

Should've let War Machine/Rhodes die. There are no consequences in any movie.

T'Challa is a pretty fun character. The Black Panther gets kingship, a vibranium suit, and access to the herb that heightens his being (endurance, agility, intellect) to make him the ubermensch of the Wakandans.

Part of that is his has to beat the champions of the other tribes to prove his worth. I think he also has a comatose brother who is the actual BP and kind of an evil dick.

It's been awhile since I followed his stories. But he's a gadgeteer up there with Reed and Ironman, respects Spider-Man as a peer, and taps/ped Halle Berry.

To be fair Zemo's plan depended on every card falling his way.

no fricks given, your afternoon belongs to honest trailers.

Bad enough to cause an international incident and leave a country in ruins and a state of emergency. Also powerful enough that the Super Best Friends weren't strong enough to bring him in.

Yeah killing superman is working out real well. It's such a big consequence that no one even mentions it b/c everyone knows he isn't dead, so what was the point.

1% of the audience may want to see a superhero die. the other 99% have no want to see someone like Captain America be killed, or Superman. Congrats 1%er.

Pump the brakes. We're talking about War Machine. A character they replaced the actor between movies and is only there to back-up Iron Man.

Let him die. It would've made Tony's emotions more impactful that he just lost his best friend and now finds out about his mother. Not "He's gonna pull through"

He's also part of the merchandise, albeit small, but if he's dead, you can't sell War Machine figurines.
