I can somewhat understand people getting frustrated with the series, but the first episode was an absolute banger. One of the best episodes of television I've ever seen. Unless you hate sci-fi/thrillers, I can't see how someone can stop halfway through that one.

I posted something similar in the other thread. I really liked this past episode, but it would have been much easier to digest for most people if they were binging the show.
I have the patience and trust in Gilligan to keep watching, but my concern is that people start giving up and lower viewership leads to Apple telling Gilligan to cut it from 4 seasons to 3. It would lead to a "tighter" show, but not necessarily a better one.
