lol the scene in Naked Gunn 2 when Frank falls through the roof after swimming in sewage then gets up with his face and hair in pristine condition. Great spoof on your take

During fist fights, each combatant takes turns absorbing multiple blows to the face, only to come back and deliver the same to the other guy.
In real life, multiple solid shots to the face mean you are on the ground in a pool of blood.

They never get close to getting it right with anything regarding radio stations, DJs, etc.
Never.
Never.

When something happens where someone else’s blood sprays all over a character’s face and they just go on indefinitely with the blood all over their face, especially if it’s the blood of some unknown bad guy. I’d be doing anything and everything to wipe or wash as much of it off as soon as humanly possible.

Every time someone pours a drink it's a slug of whiskey served neat that the recipient (man,/woman/whoever) proceeds to swallow without the slightest bit of afterburn.

Characters stating facts that each of them knows and so does the audience.
It's lazy AF writing.
Soap operas are the worst at this, but given their audience, they have to. It allows someone who's home sick to get caught up on everything that they've missed.

Casually brushing off nearby explosions. The Other Guys did it best.

one I saw last night always irritates me.
the 3rd Bourne movie was on. The reporter deciding to freelance it at Waterloo station and getting popped. I guess people panic " in real life" but movies always go overboard.

I have a better one with SOA
Felon in Possession of a Firearm is a serious offense at both the state and federal level. Pretty much everyone in SOA was a felon and the cops keep trying to find ways to get em, and they ignore the whole felon in possession crime staring them in the face. For the feds that's like a 10-year sentence.
This applies across most crime shows. Justified was bad about this one, too.

Any time the obvious is spelled out. Because Hollywood thinks the audience is too stupid to figure things out on our own. It's insulting.
Also when a baguette is sticking out of a grocery bag. Just in case we couldn't figure out hey, it's a bag of groceries.

Pet peeve in movies/TV
I can't think of any movie where computers are a primary focus that has even the most rudimentary understanding of how computers, networking, the Internet, etc. even works.
I get it - real life hacking is boring AF to watch.
But even in Jurassic Park, when she says, "This is a Unix system, I know this..." and promptly uses the slowest GUI in the history of all GUIs is just... sad. If you wanted to demonstrate the kid actually knows what they're doing, have them browse the system for files and commands and run in console.

Drives me crazy.

If that's your biggest pet peeve about SOA, then you need to think about everything else. Norcal is basically Juarez, Mexico. Mass shootings every week with no one blinking an eye.

lol this is true. And no one ever gets in trouble for it…

Yeah
“I’m pissed off now (pumps gun) let’s go”
Gets out of car and pumps shotgun again.
Spots bad guys, pumps shotgun once again.
Confront bad guy and pump shotgun to let them know you mean business.
Get into gunfight and fire 78 rounds from same shotgun without reloading.
