Anyone else think Caviezel should play Frank Castle?

Their characters both seem to care for and have respect of each other. I also like when Harold interacts with Bear.

Plus unlike John, she always forces him out of his comfort zone. John usually wants Harold to play it safe whereas Root is like "ok time to jump in this stolen cop car"

Looks like Season 5 may be the final season. 13 episode order for next year.

Hopefully another network or Netflix or someone can pick it back up after CBS craps on it.

I think it is getting to a good ending point. Maybe this is Abrams choice to finish. I applaud shows for not going to long. Fringe went 5 seasons and finished with a short season but they made those episodes count and closed it out with one of the greatest series finales I can think of.

Let's hope they do the same for POI.

this alone is probably my biggest thing, writers love to talk and act like "we can't do it" - but when given a short season, Fringe STILL had filler episodes, even after they were all "WE NEED 16 EPISODES TO DO THIS" -- then why the heck was there so much filler when they didn't give you anywhere close to that?!

That being said, I think PoI pulls it off great, let's view the last 4 seasons as a lead-up... to 6 full length movies. Heck yeah

I hate to see it go but I really don't see where they can go after a final showdown with Samaritan.

Make the final season dedicated to fighting Samaritan and tying up loose ends w/o filler episodes and I will be a happy camper.

But will 13 episodes be enough to tie everything up? The Machine is literally in a box for the start of next season.

I'd rather it end after 5 seasons and the last season be epic than it go on longer than it should and have to create new storylines that get stale and lower the quality of the show. it's coming to a boiling point in the story line. I think this could be a good end if it is the last season

root will transform the machine using orion's method and she will become the new intersect. game over. Samaritan fricked

See my post above about the Bad Robot team and Fringe. I believe they did it in 8 and they had as much if not more to do.

As far as the machine, Harold and co. Could conceivably put it right back into the electrical network. I don't think Samaritan figured out that's where it was. They just knew that they would fry the machine with their rolling power surges.

I hope Control gets released quick next season. I love her role. She's my new favorite character. Kind of wondering if Elias will live. We was still moving. They need to minimize the gun fights. And as someone else said, the gay love story wasn't needed. I wish root and the old guy in charge of Samaritan would get killed off

The ability to be distributed on the electrical grid is a major advantage for the Machine. it no longer needs government funding and approval to function.

They need to kill off either root or shaw, because with the terrible love storyline both characters are ruined.

I hope john retains some admin access. That was my favorite part of the finale, and he could do some real damage to Samaritan.

I have seen Lost, Fringe, s1 of Westworld and currently at s4e15 of PoI. I have really enjoyed all 4, they are a different type of show for sure and make you think.

Are any of their other shows worth binge watching?

Do they have any shows currently on air, or are there any shows from other production companies currently on air that have similar themes and quality?

Alias would probably be the only other one. Btw, Westworld is the same team as PoI
