Not to repeat, but my wife and I enjoyed it.

Didn’t see this mentioned, but I was under the impression that grandma was in the loop as well.

I see the old lady as a just a sign of the right direction.

And i think the girl figured that out as well.

I also watched with my Wife and we definitely enjoyed it.

It’s a cold spin on a concept.

Groundhogs day has the loop
Russian Doll has two people going through a loop together

Palm Springs has the fresh take of Sandberg going through the loop for maybe centuries before someone else is introduced.

I also Went in completely blind not knowing it was a time loop movie. I just thought Nyles was smooth as frick.

Me and my wife both liked it too. I thought it was fitting that Nyles was extremely nihilistic.

Fun movie and an easy watch.

I watched it alone, stoned, and I laughed throughout. I love Sandberg and Lonely Island.

Watched it alone. Thought it was OK.

I liked it but never really just fell in love with it.

Kind of fell apart for me in the 3rd act,

I think they needed to point out a few times “how long they had been in there”

Did he fall in love with her in a month or over decades?

Also....he just abandoned Roy there? Didn’t even give him the option to risk it and get out?

Super fricked yo.

It was just after like the main cast credits, not even a minute in I don’t think.

SPOILERS:

They show Roy showing up to the wedding and goes to Nyles and says “what is this crazy message from your girlfriend about blowing ourselves up to break the loop”, or something to that effect.

Nyles just stares at him completely confused and introduces himself like he has no idea who Roy is, and Roy realizes that it must have worked.

He laughs and orders them both a drink knowing he is about to go home.

My thought is, what if Roy gets him so fricked up that he tells Nyles about it and HE ends up following Roy into the cave this time and it starts all over again

You just blew my mind.

Also, I don’t understand what people are saying about the grandma. I thought she was in the loop as well?

And, for what it’s worth, my wife didn’t care for the movie. Oh well.
