Kim is the last thing keeping Jimmy Jimmy.
Introducing his cast was showing how he got to Saul. Mike was already Mike before he and Gus got together. Their stuff is just window dressing to show how everything was as it was when Heisenberg started his rise.

Exactly. This is how Jimmy becomes Saul. This is a tragedy. This is how he loses everything in his life that keeps him grounded to Jimmy and allows him to fall utterly and completely.
This whole ludicrous Kim theory would be a complete betrayal of the entire universe of BB/BCS. It is dumb.
And both showrunners basically say they don't do ridiculous twists, and that Kim doesn't exist in BB.
That is just not what Gilligan does.

You are seriously misrepresenting what they have said. They have said they don't do schmuck bait. They pointed at Glen on the Walking Dead. They don't make it appear that someone died only to bring them back.
They didn't say Kim doesn't exist in Breaking Bad. He carefully chose his words and said We know Kim wasn't in BB.
That statement could mean exactly what you're implying or it could mean Kim was not in the show BB, but now we will find out what she was doing during that time. Kim isn't going anywhere.
That's not a ridiculous plot twist. It's just a direction most people didn't see coming. She has been helping him with his dirty stuff for 3 seasons now and shows no signs of slowing down.
Kim will be with Jimmy at least until she makes the same realization Mike did. Walt is a ticking time bomb. If there is a split that's when it will come and she may even stick by him through that.

I am not an expert, and maybe I’m forgetting something from last season, but wouldn’t he have to buy out Jimmy or the ex wife? His share of the company wouldn’t go to Howard.

He has spoke about this before in another interview where he called it schmuck bait. He is specifically talking about a cheap misdirection like faking us out about Chuck's death.
His qoute about Kim not on BB was spoken like a politician. Kim is not on the show BB that's a fact. We all know this. Nowhere did he confirm that she won't be around during this time on BCS, but his statement was meant to make us believe this. It is a clever misdirection without telling a lie.

It's honestly up in the air. Hamlin owes someone Chuck's share, but now that Chuck is dead it will come down to his will. I doubt it goes to Jimmy with what we already know, but it could be interesting if Jimmy did get it and still became Saul. That would mean it was never about the money for him He just liked playing the game. I really don't think Jimmy will see a penny though.

How would she end up on BB? That show is over. She will end up on BCS during the BB timeline.
You are also forgetting about the time JJ Abrams straight up lying about Khan being in Star Trek.
In this case he simply chose his words carefully so it wouldn't be a lie, yet would mislead folks.

They have already strongly hinted that is not the case. Why does Gene have a Royals lunch cooler.
We don't know for sure what this means yet, but the way Vince likes to hint and foreshadow is a strong indication Kim still has some role in his life.

Probably the fricking obvious answer of he misses his lady friend from a former life. You ever think about an ex or someone from your past that made you feel good? Royals fan, ice station zebra, etc can EASILY be chalked up (in the post BB/Gene timeline) to "Gene" having fond memories of his Jimmy days. In fact that'd be pretty normal.
It doesn't mean that she fricking lurks in the shadows of BB acting as a marionette pulling the strings and orchestrating moves for Saul Goodman.
