I'm watching episode 2 right now. Young Cecilia refers to herself as Miss Cece Abbott.

Then seconds later it's revealed she's with wayne tillerson.... how would she be an Abbott of she wasnt with royal?

Did you watch Season 1?

I think most people who watched it still needed a refresher on Season 1 for Season 2.

Finished season 2. You can tell they had an overhaul in the writing and creative department. Some good episodes but just didn't hit the level that season 1 had IMO.

Hoping for a season 3, I think they can/should wrap it up after a 3rd. Felt pretty frustrated that in the grand scheme, we didn't learn anything new, it almost just felt like all filler.

Also wasted an entire episode, I believe it was 4, by being in the past. I don't think that background was as important as the showrunners made it seem, they leaned into it by committing a whole episode worth.

Just finished season 2 the other night, and I Basically agree with everything you said, especially about the wasted episode in the past.

However, I think I actually enjoyed this season more than season 1. I’m enjoying the metaphysical aspects of the show, but I also agree that we’ve basically learned nothing over the entire season, which is ok if they’re allowed another season to tie it all together….but this strikes me as a show that doesn’t have many viewers, which means it could get canceled. So either they get another season to wrap it up, or it will have been a massive waste of time.

what are y'all's theories on what the hell is going on?

Like why does Perry come back as a duplicate? No one else has seemingly come back as a double. And how did he come back to the passed future right before the fight? Because he went into the hole right after he got into the fight with young Wayne Tillerson? I guess its like a duality of time thing?

How did Sheriff Joy go back in time without going into the hole?

and if the magic black hole dirt is supposed to regenerate your body, then why the hell didn't Luke or Wayne try and save Billy with it after Luke bashed him in the head?

Maria and Rhett are by far the worst part of the show.

I don’t know, but Maria is fine as hell.

Family and I watched the first episode of Season 2 after enjoying season 1 when it came out.

We couldn’t remember enough from the first season to follow the story and didn’t watch episode two.

The long break really hurt this franchise.

Outer Range is kinda like an American version of Dark.

The dude that plays the oldest son is a gem of an actor. He was the only good thing of the Iron Fist series, and by good I mean fantastic. Bill Paxton's son is pretty good in this as well. The singing son of the antagonist though? Oh boy. Between him and the mystery girl this show can completely bomb

Rhett is Bill Pullmans son, almost a clone. Pelfrey plays Perry and is Penny's baby daddy

I enjoyed it but also agree. Felt like a bridge season where they weren’t sure how to get from point A to point B then to point C. Having said that, I’m still really intrigued by this show

Pelfrey is one of the best TV actors out there right now. Kills it in everything he does. I would love to see him get a breakout movie role.

I’m pretty sure the creators of the show saw the success of Dark and Yellowstone and said let’s combine the two, this one was a little confusing especially at first but I’m still not sure I understand Dark.
