I laughed really hard at scenes in Porky’s the first time I watched. Specifically the girls shower scene and the principals office scene.

Maybe Frank Drebin destroying the Oscars in Naked Gun 33 1/3, everything from racking the balls of the dancers to trading bomb for gun to his horrifying speech about cats and dolphins. "Take those cats! Skin them! Use their fur to keep hundreds warm!"

Steve Martin as Ruprecht the Monkey Boy in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.
Also - Most of the "Third Act" of Noises Off... brewed up a steady belly laugh and was in tears by the time the phone makes its journey across the stage.

The hardest I ever laughed in a movie was watching home alone at the movies when I was 9 years old. Over 25 years later nothing has quite hit that level.

A lot have been covered but the Elephant scene in Brothers Grimsby makes me cringe laugh just thinking about it.
