Great idea, OP. Thx for starting this.

The Friends of Eddie Coyle excellent Boston-based crime picture from 73.

I watched Stalker for the first time a few weeks ago. It was pretty good. I plan on watched Solaris this weekend.

Stalker is really cool. Slow for sure. That Russian stuff moves at a different cadence.

It’s based off a cool novel called Roadside Pinic, which I very much enjoyed

I watched this recently and was kind of disappointed, though I saw it late at night. Casting could have been better.

Saw this a couple months ago at the River Oaks in Houston, so good and great to see on a big screen.

Great movie, prime 70s Robert Mitchum. Check out The Yakuza which he starred in the following year.

It was one of those 80s movies that I didn't see until the 00s and when it I did I was like holy shite now that's the 80s!

Another great film

Like Lawrence of Arabia just the cinemaphotography the big screen in the theater takes it to another level

Great movie that I think the editing was lacking in it and the very last scene just makes no sense I didn't like the ending of that movie The Pussy cop becoming the dirty cop I did not like the ending of that movie made no sense

Same, too rushed and too ham fisted at the end.

I really enjoyed the cinematography
In Days of Heaven from ‘78 starring Richard Gere. I saw it maybe ten years ago and was amazed at how well it looked
