“Madame Web”, a recent effort to launch a Spider Man movie franchise without Spider Man, performed even worse for Sony. The movie was helmed by a TV director based on a screenplay originally written by an otherwise mostly unknown minority writer/director, and crashed badly.
Madam Web has 5 credited writers, including multiple white men.
I love that they included story editors, a position that does not denote power or leadership over the direction of a project. But why try to make a point honestly when you can make more points fudging numbers, I guess.

Wholesome American television

Watching Ozzie and Harriet on Peacock.
Top takeaways:
Harriet’s deadpan humor.
Ozzie and his best friend Thorny’s relentless attempts to frick each other over.
Ricky’s charisma at such a young age.

Funny they use Suits as an old show when it is a classic DEI checklist
Even funnier when you consider Suits' post broadcast popularity is largely based on Meghan Markle.

Old shite is better than new shite, more at 11.
Dick Van Dyke
F Troop
Green Acres
I Love Lucy
Mr Ed
Goat TV. Nick at Nite black and white programming was the absolute best.

Pluto TV has figured it out.
There are Gunsmoke, Andy Griffith, Sanford and Son, Rifleman channels
They need Quincy, M.E. and Rockford Files channels.

Pluto is the best thing going and it is free. Even the music channels are superior. A large component of society is growing tired of the over play of immorality and filth and is yearning for a reminder of a more innocent and moral mainstream era of entertainment.

Do they mention 'Suits" because more people are watching it than other shows. Is 'Suits" available to stream free? I'd think more people stream 'The Office" than suits. Maybe The Office is behind a paywall.

Many Classic Movie Channels to boot.
Also, it's free.
Boomarang for old non-woke cartoons. Every scooby doo ever, tom and jerry, et al. But you do have to pay for it, it's not free.

Will you stop? Jay Are has assured all of us that this is not happening.

it's made up people and they don't bring race into it. i.e. an black dude is with a white woman, a white dude with an indian woman, or a white dude with a black chick as the central romances.
Whatever that is, it's not "historical fiction." Maybe historical fantasy."

I was just thinking about this.
There is hardly anything new out in the last 2 years that I want to watch.
I've been going on google and typing "top movies of 19XX, 20XX" to find something to watch.
Complete shite pretty much now days.
