Ok guys, regarding my Mount Rushmore series on various actors...

I’m calling for a truce. While I’ve gotten great participation for it, I have also seemed to piss a lot of other people off as well.
A completely un-intended consequence was the high number of knockoff/spin-off threads that were started by other posters. I clearly can’t control that.
What I can control is how often I make a new thread. I was doing one about every other day, which I admit has been too much.
I will only make them twice a week now, on every Tuesday and Friday. I hope this is ok with everyone, because I have enjoyed the participation and interaction.
If I went too far and upset some of you, I apologize.

Just make them whenever you feel like it, frick the haters. People bitch just to be bitches, it makes them feel better about their own shittiness as a person. Most posters on here enjoy the threads.

Mt Rushmore was originally Tunkasila Sakpe Paha meaning Six Grandfathers Mountain.

How about 1 a week
Start it late Thurs or early Fri. Allow everyone to vote over the weekend. A bump on Monday to catch those that were busy or maybe on vacation

I understand people seeing these frequently enough to not feel the need to consistently participate, but these Rushmore threads are some of the few wholly positive topics that get posted here. I don't see why or how that could be much of a problem.

It has already been stated in the thread but frick the haters. I haven’t participated in the other threads but from what I saw the OP isn’t doing what you do. Meaning counting and tabulating a winner. You’re doing the leg work and the others are starting similar threads simply to troll you. Do what you do, I’ve loved them thus far. Also as a previous poster stated Dennis Quaid. Along with Mel Gibson, Bruce Willis and Michael Keaton. Don’t stop, you’re doing Gods work
