This is unfortunately true. Hopefully she at least gets killed off at the end.

What’s the over under on how many episodes until
Monica no longer wants to be at the ranch? 7?

Who knew that all John had to do was, ask... Such bullshite. She'll let Kayce get deep enough into the ranch to start caring about it and then tell him, we have to go..

John: Hey Kayce, Rip is gone, I'm leaving, could you make sure the rest of this beef gets loaded out?

Kayce: I'll have to ask my wife.

I doubt it. Its been long known that the area they are alluding to (not the actual highway on the show) is just short on population to create a "jury of peers", per the 6th amendment

I was joking that some dumbass may believe it. The premise that they kill somebody outside of the Zone of Death and then drop them there for no culpability is comical in and of itself. That said, it would take Congress or Constitutional amendment to change it.

And..... How did Beth know to beat Jamie there to take the pic??? More sloppy writing?

That's a good point. They could've cut it off when Jamie & Beth discussed so Sara could hear it and kept it at Beth playing dumb and not fo confront John over it. They'd have a better arc there to me.

Yeah, they would just get tried where they committed the murder. The real loophole only would apply to killing someone there, like they did to the one ranch hand a few seasons ago.

interesting, someone downvotes all of the chick pics, except for the one with 2 chicks kissing.

I downvoted it as well. I want me some Rip pics! I get tired of y'all posting this shite. So next chick pic...I'm finding Rip, or Costner or somebody for y'all to downvote.

Teeter, I don’t care how goofy you are, don’t start trying to mimic Sissy Spacek as Patsy Cline when she was flirting with Tommy Lee Jones in Coal Miners Daughter :

Not that it really matters, but it was Loretta Lynn, not Patsy Cline.

My wife considers herself a feminist and she is rooting for her to be killed off.

I just want them to fix her. She didn't really go off the rails till last season. But really, it was when all the writing went south.

I agree that their is no way they kill Beth.

I'm just pissed that we saw Jimmy again. I was hoping to never hear about he and the vet. How in the hell do you go from being an awful, criminal cowboy to rehabilitating yourself and becoming the best cowboy in the land who attracts the most eligible bachelorette in driving distance of the 6666? I was hoping to never hear from them again! In addition to a completely boring story, their acting was awful.

yeah, same here. i kind of think they did that as a memorial to the guy who died. Forget the name but it appeared after the end of the episode.

ETA:

A memorial broadcast honoring Dr. Glenn Blodgett of the West Texas 6666 Ranch was broadcast on Yellowstone. Glenn Blodgett was a horse division supervisor and in addition labored as a veterinarian

My plot hunch: the vegan is working for the government. Undercover as a snitch.

I still think Jamie pulls an Alfred from Legends of the Fall and redeems himself in the end. It's obvious Sheridan is pulling stuff from LotF both in Yellowstone and especially 1923.

Both Beth and Jamie's plans are stupid and would cause immediate federal investigation, then again in this world no one questions hit squads blowing up buildings at the same time as rushing into the Livestock Commissioner's office and getting in a shoot out and the "largest" rancher in the state getting shot on side of the road.

Sheridan’s Sons of Anarchy is showing. On that show they had a mass school shooting, but the only authorities involved were a local DA and a retired US Marshall. The FBI doesn’t exist in these worlds.

The Jimmy scenes were beyond terrible.

Not only were they useless to any plot, it was three separate scenes (opening, lunch phone call, after work) of the same scene…Jimmy is a “ladies man” and irresistible to this vet. Horrible

Before this series ends, Rip has to find out that Jamie had Rip's and Beth's baby aborted. Maybe that's when Jamie goes to the train station in several pieces.

I think you're onto something here but I would like to add that Jamie will do some sliding shite on a horse and mutter something about how hard it is to be a cowboy as he is laying out this redemption arc.

It’s called…a character arc. Something No other character on Yellowstone has had. Jimmy is the only one who actually…changed as a human. Everyone else is locked in concrete.
