IMO, Negan is the best character on TV. Only other one close is Frank Gallagher now that Peter Quinn is gone.

Are they trying to make some sort of artistic point jumping back and forth between storylines like this? Other than Coral and Rick are boring and Morgan and Carol are much more interesting.
