Only a clip at the end of episode 1 of season 5, thinking he will have more of a role after halftime.
Since he was able to hold a whole town off by himself, probably wouldn't want to cross him wrong.
He would also be an asset if his head is clear.

He reciprocated Beth's chivalry when she helped him escape and she smiled at him.

Rick the merciless will immediately banish Eugines mullet arse when he learns of the lie.

Just had a thought.
They are doing a spin-off show, set in the same universe but with different characters.
What if the Morgan scenes are a backdoor pilot? To introduce us to that world and story and spin it off as the new companion show?

I think it was mentioned that the spin off will be set outside of Georgia and show what happened elsewhere as the outbreak happened. During Ricks coma time, would be interesting to see if done well.

I don't follow, how would it be a backdoor pilot episode?

The spin-off is supposed to be in a different part of the country

How about walking dead China. Imagine the massive herds.

We all think he is going to meet up with Rick, but what if he doesn't?
What if he ends up somewhere else?
And I can't offer any more speculation in this thread because some of it is based on my comic knowledge.
I ain't starting that shitstorm.
And just because Kirkman said something about what the spin-off would be doesn't make me believe it. He is notorious for being a troll to the fanbase and throwing out fake spoilers and hints and then doing the exact opposite.

Still could be.
Who knows where Morgan ends up.

I've read the comics, I see what you're saying. but supposedly the spin-off is supposed to stand on it's own and not have any overlap with this show. At least at first... Supposedly it's gonna start out showing the stuff that happened immediately after the outbreak while rick was in a coma.

also I just realized this, but Officer Bob would have been the third hostage that would have kept Noah with our group
yep. Good going Rick.

I think it that was the case they wouldn't end the mid season premiere with Morgan seeing the name Rick grimes and being fairly close behind him now twice.

Two Bobs don't make a Beth.. Way to frick it up rick.

Rick was too busy doing boss things. If Abraham hadn't been pouting in the road for hours then he and the rest of the crew could have arrived in time to bolster the groups #'s and up their bargaining muscle.

I think Eugene may actually have some usefulness in the group's eyes. He is a pretty smart guy if he can get past his spastic and craven ways.
Now Father Gabriel seems to be totally useless. Which, of course, must mean he is destined to play a big part somewhere down the line.

Ok if all of these cops hated Dawn and were basically happy to see her die, why didn't they just take her out themselves at some point?

It really sucks to see Beth go. She was becoming one of my favorites, definitely top 5 character.
I'm surprised no one else from the hospital wanted to join Rick & Co. At least it didn't look like anyone was joining them.
