Honestly, yes. It is a pretty big fricking deal that you have/ had no idea what wikileaks is. Holy shite, where you living under a rock most of 2011??? It was probably one of the hotter topics of the year (even though the site had been around for a couple of years)

That said, your ignorance of wikileaks has little effect on the snooze factor of this episode.

Haven't had internet at my house since October of 2010. For the first couple months of 2011 I was taking care of my newborn daughter. I'm not that big into politics either so I don't watch the news much. Guess I have been living under a rock. Sorry.

ETA: I'm still taking care of my daughter of course, just saying that for the first couple months it took a LOT of my time.

I really wasn't trying to attack you fwiw. It's just pretty unusual to find someone who had never heard of it and I didn't think you were being serious at first.

ETA: Now, can we focus on the fact that Lemmiwinks and Catatafish made triumphant returns tonight. Plus, Cartman turning Mackey into a shite propelled rocket

I'll be the first to admit that I feel pretty ashamed and ignorant that I hadn't heard of it.

No need to apologize, I ain't mad. But on that same note, don't get upset and roll your eyes when people can't believe you haven't heard of the biggest story of the last year (year as in the last 12 consecutive months).

They tried to tie something relevant to something nostalgic, but they ended up with an incoherent mess of current event and old characters that resembled more of a Family Guy episode than a lulz worthy SP ep.

I think I came in well below the over under of 0.5 chuckles for this ep.

Assburgers was OK, the Mexican episode was good. This episode I thought was very good. I'm a sucker for Lemmiwinks (and my boy Catatofish), so I was laughing just for their being there, regardless of whether they were actually doing something funny, but I still loved it. They haven't had a bad episode yet in this half season or whatever the frick it is.

the return of limmiwinks solid episode its not a classic considering they went back and brought the old characters tonight but it was a good one.

only thing the ep had going for it, imo

The tie between the two (old characters and current event) was poorly done, again imo

I think it was a clever play on words, but I don't think Wikilinks has done anything significant in about 6 months, and I don't really understand what point they were trying to make about Wikilinks (though I don't think it's necessary that they make any for it to be a good episode). Still, I thought that it holds its own without the current event + recurring character nostalgia. Bass to mouth + arse to trout was legit funny, and I got chuckles from about 3 or 4 other moments aside from my loving Lemmiwinks/Sparrow Prince/Frog King/CatatOmotherfrickingfish.
