I think you missed some stuff.
Nicole A and Kevin are very anti-Janelle and Kaysar. Nicole A was even saying her nominees if she won next week would be Janelle and Kaysar together. This despite the fact that Janelle and Kaysar have been campaigning for Nicole this week. I’m not sure exactly why that hate started but they keep referring to something happening between them. I think it’s mainly Kevin having a terrible read on the game and somehow blaming Janelle for targeting him last week and fully trusting Cody despite the fact that Cody is the one that put him up.

He has told Cody (which is the only person he seems to tell truthful things to) that he wasn't going after Ian this week. Think he is one of the next targets to get out, but he wasn't going after him this week.

Janelle is playing a complete shite game. She's fixated on Nicole F. She tries to form an alliance with Ian (who is closest to Nicole F). She is constantly feeding Memphis info, although I don't blame her for that. She thinks Memphis is with them. He is just outplaying her right now. They don't want to officially form any alliance, and they are letting the other side build around them. Even Nicole A doesn't like Janelle and Kaysar right now.

Nicole A wasn't anti Janelle/Kaysar until this week. She's not totally against them right now, because they are always telling her they are trying to save her (which they really are).
Kevin doesn't like them because they wanted to keep Keesha. Him and Nic A are also close and it isn't helping that Janelle/Kaysar are always telling her not to trust him at all. That's rubbing her the wrong way. Kevin also has a terrible read on the house, so it's not helping.
To add to it, others in the house are telling Nic A that Janelle used her and is throwing her to the wolves now.

They could certainly be playing better but some of this has been out of their control. Its pretty hard when you enter the house and are the main targets like day 2 when virtually nothing happened. And even though Janelle was telling Memphis about an alliance that she didn't know he was apart of, we are still seeing the ripple effects of that conversation. That group of six has been all over the place this week in big part to that conversation.

I can't believe Christmas was dumb enough to not see through Memphis's not-so-subtle suggestion for everyone to play the Safety Suite. And not only agree to do it, but enthusiastically agree to do it. I don't think it's going to have an adverse affect on her game, but Nicole F sniffed it out immediately and she's not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Like it or not, Christmas is playing maybe the best game out of everybody in the house right now. As of now, I don't think anybody would even come close to considering putting her up. Her social game has been top notch, and she can win comps.
I'm waiting for her to screw it up. Or to win so many comps that people start targeting her. As of today, she is golden though.
Enzo may be the only other one that isn't being mentioned by many people. He doesn't have the backing of as many people as Christmas does though.
Dani is another playing a good game so far, but a lot of people have correctly connected her to Cody, Tyler and Nic F.

I figured he wouldn't.. But man its always exciting when its used. I'm assuming from everything I've read that Nicole A is going to be evicted but there's still PLENTY of time for things to happen and minds to change.

Production isn’t going to let it happen and from what I’ve read on Twitter, Nicole A would probably self evict if it came down to it to save David due to some extreme white guilt.

Any other time I would agree, but no way production will allow poor David to go home, esp after the way he has been mistreated this week.
ETA If he does go, SJW will burn down Memphis' restaurants
