Didn't say it was bold or brilliant. It was the right move. Frankie was his main target but it had to be done in a way that, if Frankie won POV, nothing would be lost. That's what happened. Derrick has pulled the strings from pretty much week 1 and he continues to have zero blood on his hands. It's impressive.

I can't remember who said it, but it's like Derrick is playing Chess and everyone else has been playing checkers.

Like someone said earlier, Frankie should've taken Christine off and force derrick's hand to put up caleb or cody. Him and christine could vote that person out and derrick cant play for the following HOH. He'd be out or the remainder of caleb/cody the following week and Frankie probably would've won the season. But he didn't cause he's a dumb

Derrick was lucky that Frankie didn't pull Christine off the block because then it would have been a 2-1 vote to get rid of one of his closest allies. Frankie screwed up not thinking through that scenario after knowing that his alliance considered targeting him in a back door move,
What will be hilarious is if Frankie wins HOH and makes the move to take out Derrick, and with nothing to lose Derrick hits the rewind button and screws up productions attempt to protect Frankie.

Again, are you ineligible to be the replacement nom if you are the one using the veto on someone? How can that be the case? Would essentially mean the veto counted double.

You cannot be the replacement nom if you win veto and take someone off the block

But the reset button was pushed, so his nominees will be safe this week....
Hated the reset button, but this worked out perfectly.

The button has been pushed. I actually think production added this to as a safety net to keep Derrick safe.
Frankie's TV edit has shifted to show him as the villain meanwhile Derrick's last few TV edits have pushed him as the genius puppet master that he is. Production will push Frankie to turn on Derrick and then the magic button will save Derrick on Wed. This gives us live show drama and production loves DRAMA.
Derrick has played one of the cleanest puppet master style games in BB history. If he wins he joins Dan Gheesling and Will Kirby as one of the GOAT.

They all did. They don't know exactly what the timer is for.
The timer was activated and will reset the week on Wednesdays live show.

Uf Frankie puts up Derrick and whoever then he will come off Wednesday and they will put up two more.
Frankie will be pissed that his hoh this late in the game will be for shite.

According to hamsterwatch the producers gave Derrick his swag for winning HOH during the DE and it included a picture of Tenley with a cop hat on. Cody picked up the picture and asked Derrick if that was his brothers and Derrick took the picture and said it was blurry and took it to the DR to get rid of it.
They made sure to send Frankie baby pictures of his sister but 'accidentally' sent Derrick a picture of his daughter in a cop hat.

Not quite yet, right? If the week is reset, wouldn't Frankie have the ability to win HOH at the live show?
Posted on 9/5/14 at 6:00 am to FalseProphet
Does Derrick get to play for HOH when it's reset?
Posted on 9/5/14 at 6:17 am to The Spleen
I would imagine so. Reset is reset.
I'm going to be pissed (and everyone should be) if reset means everyone starts over except for Frankie.
