Also they go through great lengths to remove the plotholes that time travel creates by saying you can't change your future and the branching of timelines and what not. But then Cap can enter the main timelines present through the past? That makes no sense.
I think it has everything to do with the stones. The stones keep reality in check or keep a single reality without others breaking off. Take one into the future and a new reality breaks off. It's hard to type how it works they did it so well on screen.
So cap can get away with living his normal life as if he never crashed back in the first Cap America movie and living a life as Tony did. That may change some things in history but apparently, the stones keep that all in check. IDK it's confusing stuff.

Cap with the hammer still made the movie. As Thor would say “So Cool”.

It's wild that The Orville dealt with a "ramifications of time travel" episode last week.

Yep, when I saw that I was like OH shite!!
I laughed at Antman as well "As far as I'm concerned, thats America's arse."

If that's the case why not just bring back a younger Tony and Black widow? Thor could bring back like 75 mjolnrs and make a hammer tornado

They went out of their way to say that Widows death couldnt be undone. Seems crazy given everyone else could come back as their younger selves ... Cough Gamora Cough
Whats the difference between the 2, they both died for the soul stone?

So does the sacrifice have to be made right there and then? Because Hawkeye sacrificed everything by losing his family

I guess so

Tru, but he and Widow obviously cared for each other, she knew his family and theyve always had a strong connection.

And he sure didn't lose them to get the soul stone.

The one thing missing in this movie was Luis recapping the events of Infinity War to Antman.
We need a Korg/Luis teamup movie.

A lot of people in the movie lost everything and they all handled it differently. Hawkeye went all vigilante. Thor turned into a depressed, fat, drunk dude who didn't give a shite about anything anymore. I thought it was a hilarious and genius handling of his character.
Fat Thor is a novelty that's going to get worn out real fast. Like a new toy that only does one funny trick that you eventually get bored with and want to get back to toys that can do a little bit of everything.
If they take fat thor too far, people will get sick of his shite want the badass and manly as frick Thor back.

I’m 99.9% sure that the next time we see Thor in a MCU movie he’ll be ripped again.

My question is about his ability to live in the past. It's that that past shouldn't be attached to this future. He shouldn't be able to travel there by way of the passing of time. He should be in another future

He's not depressed any more. I bet there will be at least a year between Endgame and GOTG3. Thor will be back in shape.
