Yeah, everyone who doesn't agree with the TD consensus is a sheep

Just saw it again, and I have to admit, it was much better after the second viewing. A few things I noticed -
-On whether the Bat had missiles...
It didn't. The Bat demonstrated zero missile capability whatsoever.
- Someone asked earlier why Bain even devised the plane heist if they already had Dr. Pavel in custody. The heist wasn't to obtain Pavel, it was to extract what they could from the CIA operative, and then kill him and the other members. On the plane, Bane mentions how Dr. Pavel chose the CIA's offer over theirs, and then said, "so we had to find out what he told you" (regarding the League's plan). It was also an opportunity to "kill" Dr. Pavel so that no one would come searching for him.
- At the end of the film, Talia did in fact try to detonate the bomb. Someone earlier in the thread mentioned something along the lines of, "I hate how they never push the button." Well, she did, but Gordon had placed the metal device on the bomb before Talia hit the button, thus disabling remote detonation.
- There was clearly an anchored rope on top of the pit, and Bruce clearly tossed it down below.
- The cops were let out of the sewers the night before the raid. We see them leaving the sewers at night, walking around Batman and Blake, and the next time we see them is the following morning, at daybreak. They had ~12 hours to go home, sleep, shave, shower, eat, whatever, before the raid on City Hall.

I agree.
I'd go with TDK, TDKR, then BB. All were solid movies, just my preference.
I thought Hardy was awesome as Bane. In the first fight with Batman, I could completely see the comic where he and Batman fight. I could see the cover of it right before did the backbreaker. I still have that comic!
This is a google pic of the cover, I'd have to dig through some boxes to find it but I'm certain I have it.
Heath Ledger was unbelievable as the Joker, I think damn near everyone will agree on that.
Something about Dr. Whatever his name was, aka the Scarecrow, didn't do it for me as a cold hearted bad guy. Again, not a knock on the movie at all, I have both of the other two, just an order of personal preference for me.

Ok, just watched it for a second time and everyone complaining this movie lacks attention to detail can go suck one
In fact it is incredibly detailed, every plot hole discussed here doesn't exist
The shot of batman in the bat seconds before the blast (he is CLEARLY underwater as you can see the reflecting light)
Everything I thought I didn't like about this movie was fine
Absolutely brilliant

Yeah...I had a brain fart and didn't remember that little detail.

Assuming the underwater part is true (which would make me so happy), that still leaves a couple of fair sized holes IMO.
The biggest is expecting to believe that they wouldn't be LOOKING for fraud in the stock market exchange after the break in.
Speaking of which, anyone catch exactly what was done?
I just remember "Options that expired last night"
My knowledge of margin trading, puts and calls are pretty shakey.
Just know you can lose more than you put in under certain circumstances.

They were looking for fraud. Lucius Fox said as much when he brought Bruce Wayne the news. He also said that, in the short term, he would be broke.

Except batman took the proof back to the batcave. They never say that they weren't looking for fraud but Wayne has the proof to invalidate the trades.
A tabloid would say "billionaire to bum"
Not "Wayne broke. Fraud?"

It is. My girlfriend even noticed it and being my second time I was watching closely. He is in the cockpit and you can see the light reflecting everywhere. It looks like hes in an aquarium.

By looking for fraud, I mean not allowing any of the exchanges go through. I mean they KNEW people broke in, doing NOTHING but tampering with the computer. They also had a bazillion witnesses to them putting a fake paper into the fingerprint reader.
And the quote I believe was that we *might* be able to prove fraud long term.
And granted, shite hit the fan prob messing with the investigation, but Wayne was still completely broke after 6 months.

1. He gave robin an explosive device, robin threw it, small explosion, then robin looks back and the BAT comes hovering and blows a hole in the wall.
2. The Bat is flying with the bomb, which I guess is heavy, because he's not flying UP... and the BAT blows up an ENTIRE building so that he can fly the bomb over the ocean.

You talking about the part right at the end, just before they show the countdown clock on the bomb?
They just show his face, mainly his eyes, scanning back and forth while he's flying. That part?

He shot it with guns, not missiles. The only missiles I saw near it were the ones that followed it around that he ultimately lead back to one on the camo batmobiles.

Those weren't missiles. The only missiles in the film were those fired by the Tumbler that chased Wayne halfway around the city.
The Bat had some type of rail gun, but it never fired one missile.
