Well. He’s not Boo Krewe. That alone gives him a chance.

Watched the first two episodes.

It seems like a show that wants to be Atlanta but doesn't quite succeed at that. Had a few pretty funny moments though.

Ok. Started it up. You would think they would have hired some decent actors to make up for Little Dicky's acting.

Are you trying to be a contrarian or something? This show is fantastic, don't know a single person who hasn't loved it.

Yes I am the only person not giving 10/10 to Dave. I am the Armond White of FX shows.

I haven't laughed out loud at this like I did with stuff like Eastbound and Down or Silicon Valley. But, I still love it.

Come mentally. Not ejaculate.

I used to suck my own dick when I was little. Oh my God. But, at some point I stopped because it felt more like giving head than getting head.

That's the hardest I've laughed at the show yet.

Last nights episode was great. Didn’t really expect an emotional episode, but it was very well done. I’m loving this show.

Also stumbled upon a lil Dicky concert on YouTube from 2017 as there’s Gata as his on stage hype man...

I really enjoyed how they addressed mental illness. It wasn’t in your face preachy. It was an honest look into how the disease and the treatment can effect someone. It was also a really funny episode.

He had a big post about it but basically he hired Gata as his stage hype man (I remember him always being in the stage videos) and they became legit best friends from it

I was on the verge of tears hearing Gata describe his battle with bipolar. The way they arrived at the moment where he comes out and says he is bipolar was fantastic

Finally watched episode 4 last night, and it was amazing. I thought the Gata arc/story was very well done compared to how bipolar is normally shown (thinking of shows like Homeland and Shameless). I didn’t think anything could top the last season of episode 3 but the studio scene blew it out the water.

Another great episode last night. I wish they would have shown some of the performance though. They need a little bit more of his music at times, but I guess that’s not really the premise of the show.

Am I the only one who finds Daves' voice soothing when he talks?

I think we'll see more of that as we go on. The first few episodes were to stay true to his current fans, have us laughing & hook us. These last two episodes were to show "Dave" is going to deal with deeper stories than just dick jokes. Now that that's established I have a feeling next week will have a combination of the two.

This makes me think that this show will have legit staying power. I hope it is getting good numbers, it's obvious he's putting a lot into it.
