you can see the anger in Rob's eyes after every elimination.
I keep waiting for that Boston Rob magic to kick in but, so far he's been getting it handed to him by the younger players.
Hated seeing Ethan go but, i think he's just been out of the game too long.
Natalie getting all of the advantages on extinction island is annoying. Again, the younger player out playing the older ones. Although I kind of like sarah so, i'm ok with her getting an advantage.

Yeah I would have preferred to see the deck stacked a bit the favor of the older players.
Most of the newer players aren’t great characters, whole getting the chance to see Ethan and Amber and even Dani playing this newer version of the game would have been more interesting imo.

Richard and Tina would have been good old school additions, but Richard has burned his bridges.
Tina said that she was contacted but then not picked.

Richard Hatch had an interview recently where he said him and Tina were definitely gonna be on this season but they changed their mind on him because of what happened last season. No clue on why they changed their mind with Tina.

Boston Rob has really only had one great season, and IMO they rigged it for him that season. He is one of the greatest to play because he is really good at reading people and manipulating people, but I think some his star is bit overrated.
Adam was a complete idiot for telling Ethan the plan, but I kinda get why he did in a way. He was going for the big kill shot to assert himself as a top tier player. Those are moves you have to make in a game full of past winners. He just miscalculated Ethan's loyalty to Parvati and Rob. I thought it was awesome how Ben, Denise, and Jeremy showed Adam with their vote where he stood.
And it continues to be mind blowing they have barely mentioned targeting Rob. He was pretty bad at the puzzle 2 challenges in a row now, his wife is still in the game, and they know he's leading the old school group. Yet they target Parvati and Ethan? Makes absolutely no sense. They have to be bringing up his name more and it's being edited out. CBS has a long history of protecting their favorites in Survivor, Amazing Race, and Big Brother.

I think that critically underrates Rob. He essentially controlled the entire All Stars season and ended up losing in the final vote to the woman he eventually married. Then, he actually had the right plan in Heroes vs Villains but Tyson screwed up the vote, leading to one of his side going home. Otherwise, he's in a much better spot and has control over the villain side.
But yeah, Rob is where CBS butters their bread. If only Ambuh could get him an advantage.

No doubt but very much ran into a bitter jury. Of course, that's part of the game and really the biggest downfall of how Rob plays. He has a bit of a bull running over people vibe that rubs folks the wrong way. Beauty of Redemption Island was bringing the perfect two people to the end with him.

Maybe I need to re-watch that season as my memory is he and Amber were pretty much 50/50 in the decisions made and she was more of a social player. I don't recall the jury being bitter towards him, but it's been several years.

They were very bitter. He pretty much backstabbed Lex hardcore during the tribe swap when he asked him to help save Amber. Then voting him out after the merge. Amber is only in the game that late because Lex did that for Rob.
