Breaking and entering into a bar, cruelty to an animal

So his theory is that Teresa was murdered by the zodiac? Seems legit.

He belongs in jail for the rest of his life because he stole a sandwich and some quarters, killed his cat, and supposedly did whatever his cousin claims he did (she changed her story more than once)?

It's about as plausible as anything else in this case.

Quote..
"Steven Avery launched his own criminal record when he was just 18. Avery and a friend broke into a bar, trashed the place and stole two cases of beer, a tool box, $14 in quarters and two cheese sandwiches. Convicted in March 1981, he did 10 months of jail time in Manitowoc County and was ordered to pay $1,399 in restitution and spend five years on probation."

killed his cat
Quote..
"A few months later, Avery and another man were charged with cruelty to animals after dousing Avery’s cat with gasoline and oil and tossing it into a bonfire at the Avery junkyard. Though he claimed he had nothing to do with the cat’s death, Avery was found guilty and imprisoned for nine months."
quote:

Quote..
"Avery admitted running Morris off the road and brandishing a rifle. He was sentenced to six years in prison for endangering the safety of another person."
Pretty good article.. LINK

It's quite obvious that you don't.

And you alao lack the mental capacity to read between the lines.

So he deserves life imprisonment for those past crimes? You never answered.
Posted on 1/21/16 at 8:16 pm to DisplacedBuckeye
Ok buddy, clearly you're taking a difference of opinion very personally so there's no need to continue this discussion.

It's not a difference of opinion, but your perceptions don't surprise me. I understand, and I wouldn't continue either.

Dude, you just basically tried to sell everyone on a theory that some dead serial killing fat frick framed Steven Avery, we have nothing left to discuss

I'm sorry, I didn't see you ask that.
If I didn't believe that he killed the girl (which obviously I do and think he should get the needle), I would be ok with him being in jail on those gun charges. I doubt he would get life based solely on that charge. But he is a criminal with a sordid past. I know he was wrongfully in prison for a long time. But I think that actually helped his record and he would have many more crimes accomplished if he wasn't put away. Just my opinion though. Barring the murder, I think he would have gotten 3-5 years on the gun charges. That's part of why I think all of this drama over the case is unnecessary.
I don't care for how you are terming it though. It's not a punishment for his past. It is new criminal activity. He cannot own/possess a firearm. That is the law. He knows that. It's a criminal act for him to keep one. Almost every state has the same law. It's not rare and he knew he was breaking the law..

I didn't try to sell anything. Like I said, you're not very perceptive.

You've had nothing to discuss since you showed up.

He may be guilty, and I would support the death penalty as well if that were the case, but not based on the conduct of the original trial. I wouldn't and don't support unconditional release. I do support a new trial conducted fairly and far from that county.
The "drama" is unnecessary because he would have been sentenced to 3-5 years anyways?
I also think that his felony possession conviction would be vacated with the murder conviction if that were to happen.

I never said it was. You brought up that he was a third time felon, etc.

Because the ends justify the means?

Saw this story too. These types of weirdos always come out of the shadows when a high profile case is getting new attention.
