The answer is obvious. Toby Huss is still alive, yet Cotton is dead.
Have Huss voice teenager/young adult Bobby as kind of a younger version of Cotton - Bobby joins the Marine Corps and comes back from a deployment to marry Khan, Jr (who has gone 100% hippie).
To keep everything in the family, have Pamela Adlon (Bobby) do the Luann voice - I always thought those voices were somewhat similar, anyway.

I’d like to see Social Security Hank, Bobby lives at home with a bachelors in film studies, lucky and Luanne are dead and the Hills are raising their baby plus GH (they’re both around 12/13). Maybe Boomhauer popped out a late addition they can play with. Khan Jr. is a lesbian lawyer, forced to go back to Arlen to work for a local nonprofit because of the economy and student debt. Joseph works at a plant and is taking over Dale’s conspiracy theorist mantle. Bill finds out he has a secret grown son.
