Certainly a 1 minute clip of a 128 minute long movie is going to tell you all you need to know about its quality.

Everything single thing shown about the movie has looked weird AF. They are clearly going for something "different"

Increases the odds of it being good but also drastically increase the odds of it being terrible.

The trend of showing so damn much that you feel like you’ve seen the movie needs to die

Between this and Rebirth, I swear we’ve seen 30 minutes of footage already

I don’t like the prick personally, but Gunn has yet to fail on a superhero movie. I think it’ll be fine, not great, but just fine. Like a 70-75% RT score type fine

Super sucked, and The Suicide Squad was pretty meh/average (and I say that as someone who was expecting Suicide squad to be awesome because of Gunn and was pretty disappointed in it).

What movies not involving Guardians of the Galaxy has he made that are really good?

I kinda doubt his Superman will completely suck, but I went from being fairly optimistic about it and planning to see it in the theater when I heard he was doing it, to watching these trailers and clips and having my doubts. I'll probably be waiting to see how audience response is at this point to decide whether to wait for streaming or not.

Not at all. But it is normal for a broccoli-cut zillennial so it tracks.

I've never really been into Superman or anything DC outside of Batman, but I'm actually looking forward to this movie. I've liked what I've seen from the trailers.

Superman seems to be way too emotional, but I'm ready to see this movie.

Oh, and I think Fillion is going to kill it as Guy Gardner.

I think adding the dog was silly. Not for the first movie out

I like that they are somewhat embracing the comics, with the dog (& even the red trunks again). The dog has never been introduced in the 7 feature-length Superman movies made so far. It's as good a time as any. And I have a feeling Krypto will surprise & steal the show in his limited parts.

Besides, we don't need another Superman origin story, cuz you won't beat 1978's Superman anyway, so jumping ahead to where Krypto already exists in this universe is alright by me. The '78 Superman was wholesome, campy, romantic and just plain fun. I'm getting similar vibes with this interpretation.

I thought this was the major criticism of MOS

Also, can't Supes read minds?
