The first one with Kipling’s Boots is one of the best trailers I’ve ever seen.
I really enjoyed 28 days later, but admit I didn’t watch it until Covid had us locked in and it came up (along with Contagion and WWZ.) I never saw 28 weeks later (I’m not a zombie or horror guy,) is it worth it?
Also I looked up the Boots trailer and that was fantastic.

I thought 28 Days Later was awesome when it came out. But I did a rewatch last Halloween for the first time in forever and did not enjoy it. The film quality is terrible and hard to watch. The characters actions didn’t make sense and were annoying. Maybe the novelty of the opening scene and zombies has worn off since the movie debuted, but I cannot recommend 28 Days Later in 2025.
The second installment was forgettable at the time. So, I am not optimistic for this third film.

28 Days Later had an $8m budget compared to $15m for 28 Weeks Later.
Box office was $84.6m and $65.8m, respectively.
Those numbers are pretty reflective of what they tried to do, and how they failed.
It's still an incredible horror film. It's just not as good as the original, and there's 1 pretty massive part that's a little silly, frankly. You'll know it as soon as you see it.

I can't wait for this. I haven't seen it mentioned but "Boots" was a big influence on A Perfect Circle's "Counting Bodies Like Sheep" song, which is absolutely badass.
That..makes alot of sense

Jim just escaped the execution. How did he get the cuffs off?

Hate them fast arse zombies but definitely going to see this at the movies. It's been awhile since I have seen anything that I wanted to see but this one checks all my boxes.

the majority of the gripes about TWD for example is that to stay alive all you have to do is walk fast LOL
