I ENJOYED the show because of Doug,

Even before she went crazy, Doug was a sycophant that has no problem doing unethical and/or illegal shite to ruin the lives of people he perceived to be a bigger threat to people that are an even bigger piece of shite than he is.

He's a monster that needs to rot in a very small prison cell.

3) Keeping that biographer dude around. First, he's a terrible actor. Second, it just made no sense and added nothing to the plotline and overall story.

I honestly skipped damn near every scene he was in as it was just nothing more than filler to kill time and you could tell that the logical conclusion for him was so obvious the more deeper and involved he got with the Underwoods. They don't like to leave loose ends and nothing will ever come between them.

Ironically, it seemed the turn to Clair was a breath of fresh air for the show.

I agree and this should be bumped up to #1 on your list. Since he was hanging around so much, at least make it more interesting and have Claire getting pregnant by him or something.

My list wasn't in any particular order, but I do think he is the single worst thing about the show. And they kept his arse around for something like 3 seasons. Who would let someone just hang out in the residence like that without supervision?

Oh I agree with all of this, and is one of the reasons why I loved him in seasons 1 and 2. But none of his decisions made any sense regarding Rachel and the aftermath. Why would someone with his power go seek out some random prostitute and stalk her like that?

That's what I mean by going off the rails. His other evil shite all seemed to be very calculated and I loved it.

I'm pretty sure this was going to be the last season anyway.

Plus let me get Frank's plan right: He plans to use a biography about himself to get a work program started, despite the fact that 99% of the country isn't going to read the book. Wouldn't the Secret Service or his Cabinet have a big problem with this biographer shadowing him at all time? Wouldn't they say "Mr. President, cut the shite because no one since Hitler has written a book that has point blank changed national policy. Do this shite on your own time once you're no longer President."

I never loved Doug Stamper or anyone that was on friendly terms with the Underwoods. I fricking hated him as he was as creepy as it gets even for the typical swamp dweller in DC.

It's the first show I can ever remember where I was and still am rooting for the main characters to go down hard.

Will go down as perhaps the textbook example of a show that went on way too long for its own goof.

You know there's a thousand people working on that show that didn't try to molest anyone...

Sucks. It was turning into a great sitcom.

Help, help! The secretary has fallen!

About damn time. Will tune in to watch the Underwood’s world and lives crumble.

I couldn’t even finish this last season, and I always finish shows I start. ill Tune in for the final season now that their actions might finally have consequences.
