Is this the one when trash dude gets convicted for a murder, exonerated, sues the state, gets a payday, kills someone else?

If so, they all suck. He did it, the cops were shady, the DA was a jackass, the nephews confession was laughable.

If you grew up in a small town you knew a family like this and someone who deserved what he got. Cops knew he was guilty of some major shite.

Didn't realize it was an old documentary, still good. I guess with my retirement I'm catching up with all you couch potatoes

If you want to believe he's innocent, just watch the documentary. If you want to see that he is for sure guilty, read some articles on the case.

The guy is the dumbest son of a bitch on the planet. If you get locked up and you didn't do it and you know the cops were out to get you then you beat their rap and get out of jail, what do you do?

You get the hell out of there. You move your arse to Alaska or Costa Rica or something. But no, this dummy stays there and of course they got his arse again. I can't fathom how stupid some people are.

I see an old documentary and get ridiculed, meanwhile most posts on this site are about old movies

FYI:

He was guilty as frick.

The doc is really manipulative to make them seem innocent

The actual story and evidence is pretty convincing.

I think people are laughing because this one was quite literally a national phenomenon. The story was everywhere after the documentary dropped.

Just a few recommendations if you want some more good ones on Netflix...

The Night Stalker (top 5 all time true crime documentary and craziest serial killer out there imo)
Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal (another huge story that took off like Making a Murderer)
The Keepers
Keep Sweet: Pray and Obey
The Perfect Neighbor
Maternal Instinct (This one will blow your mind)
The Staircase
The Crash

Thanks, I've seen a few of them already. I will check out the others. I enjoy documentary more than movies. Real life is much more interesting than fiction

He raped and killed that lady, the stupid doc left out HEAPS of evidence against him. Glad he is rotting in jail.

He and his nephew killed her. I'm very close to someone that worked on his defense.

Everyone involved in the case is aware of what he did.

Netflix is trash.
