I actually likes the big dude better in the first match up, but I don't think either of those guys was a real contender.
Preston is great, Barry isn't bad either... of course Cee Lo didn't steal him, but that's a mistake.
frick them for skipping over three matchups.
Not that it's a surprise, but Holly and Brandon were two of the best from the blind auditions and they got skipped over. Annoying. I guess it's because their battles weren't that close, but it's still retarded to show more back story on people that we already saw back story on in the blind auditions instead of actual performances.
I thought the last two girls sounded a lot alike really. I bet if I watched again with my eyes closed I'd have a hard time telling the transitions.
Thanks NBC for manufacturing more drama. If you wanted drama you wouldn't have shown the match up with the last steal last.

Well after Battle rounds, they have six original team members remaining plus the two people they stole from other teams. So the Knockouts will cut their team in half to 4 people, but they get one steal in the Knockouts. So each coach should have 5 going into the live shows.

Can't believe Amber is just 17. She really brought it. I'd gave gone with Josh also because I enjoyed that song more. Not a surprise that Amber was saved/stolen. Too soon for her to go.
Kat rocked out more than we've seen. Monika was just okay. Pretty obvious winner.
Where are all you Holly lovers? I don't know, but Holly GAVE me the creeps with that performance. I didn't like it at all. She has some strange movements, too. I was surprised and disappointed.
Nick was miles better than Holly. So long, Holly.
Ashley picked the wrong song at this point in the competition. That was on the edge of boring.
Every time Xtina is shown asking if Shakira can come back, I scream "yes!!!!"
Tessanne picked the right song. She should take this easily. Wasn't even close.
