quote:

The beloved docu-reality/comedy series “Nathan for You” has come to an end. Show creator and star Nathan Fielder made the decision not to bring back the show for a fifth season, according to a statement provided to Pitchfork by Comedy Central. “For the past five years Comedy Central had the pleasure of working with the brilliant Nathan Fielder on ‘Nathan For You,’” the statement reads. “His innovative and quick-witted humor has made the show a comedic touchstone and we’re proud to have been a part of it. We respect Nathan’s decision to end the series and look forward to geeking out over his next project.”

Sad, really loved the show was highly anticipating the next season.

I'll follow him wherever he ends up doing though, but this is a bummer

The last season finale was so weird I thought it might be his farewell to that bit.

I think it's also hard to find businesses that are willing to go along.

That’s got to be an incredibly hard show to make. Could see someone getting burnt out rather quickly

I've never seen the show. You guys have been talking it up quite a while. Any streaming services showing all the season?

Bummer. Hilarious show.

The first episode I ever watched was the Uber one with the burner phones. My brother had recommended the show and I had no clue what it was coming into it. I'd smoked a little bit before starting the show.

Next thing I know, I'm literally crying with laughter watching this Craiglist shmuck to drop a bag of burner phones tied to a cinder block off a pier only to see Nathan in full scuba gear under the pier waiting for the bag.

"Completing the final step in a burner phone purchase that would be impossible to trace back..."

That entire episode was solid gold.

His website for Summit Ice Apparel is still up.

I will choose to believe this is part of an elaborate con for season five.

Well he basically had a perfect four seasons. Not sure if there is a dud in the four seasons. Super impressive.

I am guessing this will be the show that comedians will say was a big influence on them for years to come.

Maybe we will get to see him out of character now.
