Not sure it was underrated, but "Hear No Evil, See No Evil" with Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder was the funniest movie I have ever seen...and I am not a fan of comedies.

That movie is pretty funny, I love Lewis Black. I always cringe during the scene where Justin Long sings Blitzkrieg Bop, I feel embarrassed for him.
