I still can't believe bd Wong squatted and pissed on a grave. I was expecting a deuce but that was even better I think.

Agreed. It was nice they cleared up the prison bit. Angela is going to cave. She will switch sides by the end of the season.

Did Elliot serve his full 18 months or did it get reduced?
I didn't think that much time had passed since 5/9

Elliott said last night he was in for 86 days and the prison guard that checked him out said he should feel lucky to be getting out early because the 5/9 hack has put a strain on the prison budgets so they are having to release a lot of non-violent offenders early.
Cisco also said it had been one month since they killed Susan Jacobs when Darlene asked him to go back for the video tape so there was a time jump of one month in the episode.
This show definitely is sneaky about the timeline - the mention of one month by Darlene was very easy to miss.
Last night's episode was somewhere around August 3rd or 4th - depending on if the day Cisco went back to Susan's apartment was the day of or the day after Elliot's release. That means Mobley and Trenton have been missing a month, too.

Yeah they went a little too far on the fight club thing. At least twice Elliot was in a different room while Mr Robot was talking to people. Not sure if I would say they are out of sync, because they were never really in sync. There were a few shots of Elliot and Mr Robot flashing back and forth. I almost feel like they are foreshadowing Elliot and Mr Robot merging personalities. Christian Slater will probably come in when some crazy stuff has to get decided or discussed and Rami Malek will talk about the actual hacking.

I think it's pretty clear that Darlene always intended on killing the lawyer and that is why they did nothing to watch if she was coming back or not. I thought Darlene basically admitted to it when she was talking to the lawyer

I just saw the finale is a 2 parter. Only 2 more nights of Mr. Robot this year. Can't tell if I'm glad to see how it ends or sad it's almost over.
Lol so raising it to 12 episodes really just meant having a 2 hour premiere and finale.

This season had the same problem as season 6 of Lost. The twist was nice but the lead up to it dragged and could have been condensed in half. That said, the last two episodes have been a return to form. The first few episodes did not need to be over one hour and the prison twist should have been revealed sooner. It was obvious once they spent so much time in the basketball court yard.

I disagree. The Prison twist IMO won't be THE twist of the season. I have a feeling Tyrell Wellick is out there somewhere pulling strings with the Dark Army.
The prison twist was almost in your face too obvious to be THE twist and they revealed it in episode 7, I think there is something bigger out there.

When is the season finale? It seems as though next week is the final listed date and two episodes are scheduled to air, but there was only one episode listed in the guide when I went to record it.
