They have no intention for getting millions of guaranteed views? I doubt that.
I dunno, RLM doesn't seem to care about getting new subscribers. As big as they are, they never beg for clicks, bell rings, likes, etc. They never talk about their Patreon either. A Patreon account that gets like $28k a month in donations. So if Mike says he might not watch something, I believe it.

A hilarious thing about TLJ is there are so many shitty scenes that you lose track of many of them on recollection.
I completely forgot that happened.

Someone in high school, wrote the screenplay, but he's like really smart and creative, but still a kid in high school.

I loved the Picard / Holdo comparison. “No questions because I have purple hair!”

Enjoyed watching this. Movie was just bad without any digs on Disney or politics.

I’d never even heard of Mr Plinkett. But I just watched that entire hour long review and it was great. Now I’m going watch his other reviews.

His prequel reviews are absolute genius.

Exactly what I thought when I saw that

I really liked the comparison to Vacation and Hux playing a Col Sanders from Spaceballs.

Rian comes off like a pompous pseudo-intellectual in those clips. This review should have been 4 hours, btw. There was plenty more to dissect.

Really makes you realize just how much Rian wanted everything different for the sake of being different. Subvert expectations at all costs!

Prequel reviews are way better, but more meat on that bone. As many issues as TLJ had it was at least made competently.

I mean come on man, I dislike TLJ as much as anyone but it’s not in the same galaxy as bad the fricking prequels.
TLJ fundamentally failed in everything it was trying to to, but it at least executed it’s vision in a professional manner and they thought about the story for more than 5 seconds, even if it was a completely wrong take on the saga. There’s no need to go overboard.

I disagree. Phantom menace and Revenge of the Sith are better as far as entertainment.
Id put only Attack of the Clones as the lesser movie.
All four had horrible plots, but there was enough good in I and III to make them watchable.

George Lucas knows how to create and shoot action scenes. I will give him that. The pod racing scenes and lightsaber duel between Darth Maul, Qui-Gon, and Obi-Wan were both freaking awesome.
Most of Episode III, sans the Anakin and Padme scenes, was solid.
And I can't believe I'm defending the prequels but they do feel more like Star Wars than these new films Disney is pumping out. I haven't seen Solo yet but of the ones I have seen, only Rogue One adhered to the spirit of the OT and PT.

Everything post OT has been so very very bad. Incompetence, bad writing, and fans that reward bad products...up until this last movie.
TLJ visually blew the CGI monster that was the prequels out of the water...but still ended up being a worse movie. Thats how badly it was written. Shitting his pants was a perfect analogy for what Rian Johnson did...and frankly JJ Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy for the poorly executed soft reboot of ANH.

I think maybe I just hold the prequels in even lower esteem than most
