'Cant buy me love' has to be considered a really bad movie by critics standards. Yet, still a great movie in my head.

Your avator reminds me of another really bad one:

Revenge of the Nerds III

(was this a direct to video movie?)

Anyone love it? Two was pretty bad, but I could stomach it.

Ok, I'm man enough to say it...Steel Magnolias. If it's on TBS, I promise I catch about 15 mins. of it.

To quote Phil Hartman, "you'd have to be a robot not to cry at that movie!"

Bridget Jones's Diary (Damnit)....but some of the situations she finds herself in are funny as hell.

Love:
Lord of the Rings Trilogy comes to mind.
Star Trek I-V
Can't Hardly Wait

There are a lot of movies that I am ashamed to admit I "like" and would watch if they came on, but as far as "love", generally a lot of kinda nerdy or geeky movies.

Louis and Betty get married. I have never seen it. A few weeks ago, I was lying on the couch half watching Nerds II on Encore. I fell asleep and Nerds III came on afterwards. I awoke and couldn't remember the scene I was watching because I thought I was watching Nerds II still. It looked pretty bad, the five minute or so I saw.

Can't Hardly Wait is good choice for this thread, but the others have me

BTW...10 Things I Hate About You would be on this list for me.

I cannot see being ashamed of liking these movies, especially Star Trek 2 (the best ST movie made)

Ehh, you know, as far as them being kinda geeky or whatever.

There's a few really good ones that I cannot for the life of me recall right now.

I think I found both Mean Girls and Bring It On funnier than I am supposed to judging by popular opinion. To the guy who said Can't Hardly Wait, I think that is an underrated high school comedy and 10 Things I Hate About You should not be on the shameful list. :ashamed:
