I agree with everyone on this one... Throw Harry potter in there too. Idk if that's a series most people like though.

Lord of the Rings and There will be blood. I turned off both movies halfway through due to extreme boredom.

Reservoir Dogs

I hated that movie. So many say it's QT's best film, but it's his worst to me.

I even like Grindhouse better, and Grindhouse was awful.

The Godfather

I dislike mafia movies as a general rule, though.

Does this include scarface? Just curious. I know it's more of a drug movie than mafia. Still kind of "gangster"

Scarface sucks.

For me, it's the entire career of Wes Anderson, but y'all knew that already. And I think the worm has turned on this one, but I couldn't understand how anyone liked American Beauty.

Any sci-fi ish movie. LOTR, Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter. Honestly I "liked" Big Lebowski. The characters were great, but I didn't like it near as much as most people. I always thought it hit a pretty dull stretch 2/3 the way through where it became more about plot and less about the characters.

Star wars.

Never been interested in it. I know all the references and stuff. Just never liked SiFi.

Star Wars isn't science fiction.

And if you claim to know all the "references", and still have no appreciation of Star Wars, then you have no soul.

Lord of the Rings
Napoleon Dynamite
Titanic
Children of Men
No Country for Old Men
Kill Bill
The Departed

Some of these I somewhat enjoyed but nowhere near the level that others apparently did

I always thought it had great camp value. The scene with Pacino and Bauer chasing chicks at the beach was hilarious.

It's amazing how close you and I are on some movies but so far apart on others.

Surprised to see more than just one person mention the Departed. Thought that was a pretty classic crowd pleaser.

How is star wars not science fiction? I guess light sabers and the force are scientific facts

When I say I get all the references, I mean I can watch blue harvest or other spoofs and get the jokes. And know about the col. Akbar thing without having someone tell ne like most "non star wars fans".

I guess I shouldn't have listed it in this thread. I enjoyed it but, like I said, not to the extent of others. I guess I would put it in a "good but slightly overrated" camp.
