I'll throw out Blair Witch Project. Everybody suspected it was fake, but it wasn't till the day after I saw it that I saw that it actually was. So that made it a little cooler watching it when I did.
Also, in Zack and Miri when Randal gets pooed on his face, I was like WTF, and just about died laughing.

I've done that sober many times. Rarely do people know what it's from either.
I also do some of his lines from the tub at the end of the movie, when he's just rambling on and on like "Everybody loves me cuz my F'ing name is Caspaaaahhhhhh"

Nothing has ever made me go "Holy shite" like Brad Pitt getting spanked by that car in Meet Joe Black. It was just so out of nowhere. Me and my friend were inappropiately laughing for the next 5 minutes.

Just some personal favorites: We Were Soldiers, Braveheart, The Patriot. Yes, huge Mel Gibson fan. Those movies are incredible, IMO.
