“Movie by cast”: Can you name this movie from cast only?

Without looking it up, can you name this movie?
Steve Martin
Liam Neeson
Debra Winger
Philip Seymour Hoffman
Meatloaf
There’s more, but I thought that was an interesting cast mix there. It was a somewhat obscure movie back in its release, but looks like it gets regular airtime on the movie channels now.
Once you guess, throw up your own “movie by cast” and see if we can guess.

I remember the film, but I could not have named it by cast. First of all, I don't remember Debra Winger or Liam Neeson from it and they were in major roles.

I would've gotten this one Drizz. I don't recall psh was he one of the backstage guys?

1. Alan Arkin - Dan Akroyd (one of favorites)
2. Dolph Lundgren - Frank Langella - Courtney Cox
3. Billy Bob Thornton - Michael Caine
4. Andy Garcia - Spielberg's wife
5. Geena Davis - Samuel L. Jackson
Some of these the actors do not share scenes.
Extra cast for each, but getting it with two is more for the challenge
1. Jeremy Piven 2. Billy Barty 3. That would give it away 4. Luis Guzman 5. Brian Cox
2. Dolph Lundgren - Frank Langella - Courtney Cox
3. Billy Bob Thornton - Michael Caine
4. Andy Garcia - Spielberg's wife
5. Geena Davis - Samuel L. Jackson

quote:Yep, PSH was one of the backstage guys for the crew. He's not prominent, but definitely has lines and part of the story.

Akroyd's lines are priceless, soundtrack is great, and Minnie driver
Langella did the movie partly because his four year old son was a fan of he-man . Seeing your dad as skeletor would be terrifying at 4 . Too bad they didn't make the sequel, it sounded really out there.

Because of the screenwriter's directorial debut, I always mess up the name of this one.
And, wow, what a mediocre movie.
