Oh gosh that was awful. I think that one might take the cake.
And yeah the Scott's Tots one was bad as well. Just seeing the whole thing build up throughout the episode just made it worse.
Im going with these. His toast at Jim/Pams wedding was horribly uncomfortable as well.

when Dwight and Michael were fighting each other at the dojo and Jim and Pam were horseplaying and he picked her up and she yelled at him to put her down. It went from very friendly to very awkward quickly

When he stepped in and gave that speech trying to "save" Jim at the dinner before Jim and Pam's wedding when Jim couldn't think of a reason to tell Pam's grandmother why she couldn't drink. The whole "why people don't wear condoms" thing was terrible to watch.

When the office was roasting him in the warehouse and Michael couldn't take it and left in tears.
Also, when Michael asked Stanley why he kept picking on him.

When Michael had to tell the kids that he isn't paying for their college. The whole episode knowing it was coming was awkward. Then when the students started singing 'what you gonna do, make our dreams come true' it got even worse
No doubt.
I will never watch that episode again. Every time it's on in syndication, I change the channel
All of this. Whenever it is on, I will not watch it. Just way way way too awkward for me even it being a tv show, I can't take that episode.

Nah, but that was funny as hell though. I'm gonna go with Scott's Tots that shite was just awkward.

The Christmas episode when Michael gets the pot holder from Phyllis.

Amazing that some of you get "to the point that I can't watch" anymore.
Lots of good ones mentioned.
Great call on Jim/Pam at the dojo though. Cuz that one is with people much more "normal" than Michael.
Here's one...when michael showed up to Wallace's house like three hours before the party there, and his wife answered the door in her robe.

Whenever they work late and get locked in the gate and Toby makes Pam laugh then puts his hand on her knee in front of Jim and there is a really awkward silence and he ends up jumping the fence

Another one is when Michael has the massive credit card debt that Jan ran up. He ends up apologizing to her and she never accepts responsibility.
I know its a TV show, but I wanted to smack that beetch.

Great call.
Actually, of all the ones mentioned so far, that one gets my vote as most awkward. It was just so uncomfortable and out of place. And from someone you'd really least expect it from.
