Anything animated by DC is far better than anything Marvel does. That counts cartoons and animated movies.
Marvel has better live action movies.
Comic Books are really hard to say. It's a 50/50 IMO. I read both and neither is more prevalent in my mind than the other.
Toys, who cares.
