Hated to read of her death. She was a great looking lady in her prime.
Will always remember her as Christine Sullivan on "Night Court", the cute, perky blonds who had to ward off Dan Fielding's advances on a weekly basis.
Cancer don't play. RIP Markie

RIP.
She's one of those rare women like Angie Dickinson who could make the case got better looking with age.
Age 67 vs. in her 30s.

She was a looker, no doubt about it.

That is a tough way to go. Unfortunately its hard to develop a "vaccine" against cancer because its several hundred different things that can cause it.
I will put it this way. Given my family history I know I will get cancer and there is a good chance it will be what finishes me off. Unless I get run over tomorrow it is a question of when not if.

It's no mystery if one lives long enough it will probably either be cancer or heart disease that finishes them off.
Next up is likely Alzheimer's/Dementia/Parkinson's or some other mind fricking disease.
Just about everybody I know personally that was older than me has died of either cancer or heart disease.

She was also great (and still gorgeous) in Hearts Afire, the totally forgotten gem that included young, chubby Billy Bob Thornton and John Ritter in the cast.

I remember reading back in the day that she had the best body in Hollywood

Heather Thomas got all the pub on The Fall Guy but Markie was a smoke show.

of all the episodes of night court, the one line i always remember.
Christine: point to her chest. "these babies are factory originals".

I can't believe no one has mentioned her alleged affair with Bill Clinton.
