Never thought I’d love to see a sub 100 opening for a Star Wars movie. And mandalorian was a damn phenomenon when it first came out.

I agree with you but I don’t see anything that looks like a course correct. Mando should’ve been a bounty hunter show that took us to all the aspects of the galaxy. Instead this Grogu thing, which is stupid, became the show. The trailers haven’t shown they’ve learned their lesson.

My guess is they’ll connect it to Ashoka. Maybe Mando dies and Ashoka trains Grogu.

I like Baby Yoda, but I do agree it’s lost a few of the cooler elements of season 1.

I just hope for a cool space western.

I didn’t have an issue with Grogu at first but now he’s 50 something years old, he obviously understands people but acts like he doesn’t, tries to eat other creatures and behaves like a crazy person. He’s either a psycho or he’s mentally handicapped. It’s like they took Yoda’s act to fool and feel out Luke when they first met and imprinted it literally as a personality for this character. Why would they do this, it’s bizarre.

I mean, conceptually animals develop at different rates and the point is if you live 2000 years 50 isn’t much

I didnt like second sister but honestly the biggest problem with Obi Wan is how fricking slow the start is.

he spends like 40 minutes cutting up a worm and this is an issue SW Disney+ shows have almost across the board. Slow starts.

only one that doesn’t is season 1 Mandolorian.

That’s too obvious at this point

They will tie in Thrawn and then that will be the next huge SW movie

For practical purposes, I think it might have been a smart move to wait and let the frustration/anger from the sequels cool off a bit .

3 years ago, everyone was "frick this shite". Now, there's at least a portion of the fanbase that is cautiously hopeful again. Doesn't hurt that Maul: Shadow Lord is good, even though it's animated and this isn't.
