The Taking of Pelham 123 is severely underrated.

Deja Vu is a really fun movie that was refreshing to me because I actually didn't think Denzel took the whole thing over. Paula Patton, Val Killer, Adam Goldberg, and Jim Caveziel all carried their own weight.

More of you fricks need to watch Glory, powerful movie and his performance of Tripp won an Oscar for a reason. Note Morgan Freeman also calls his role in Glory as Sgt Rawlings his best role.
Glory is an I credible movie and everyone in it gives an amazing performance.
Matthew Broderick is incredible as Robert Shaw
Up and coming Denzel is incredible as Trip
Morgan Freeman is incredible as John Rawlins
Andre Braugher crushes it as Thomas Searles
Honestly I can’t think of a bad actor in that movie, everybody nails it and it’s an inspirational/sad/captivating movie. Many American History teachers show it to students because not only does it teach about the 54th Massachusetts and the participation of Black soldiers in the Civil War post emancipation proclamation and all the issues that went along with it. It also does an incredible job showing the intricacies and difficulties of the war politically and from a soldiers perspective

People still say he was not blind.
He couldn't tell his ipod was dead
he stared directly at the sun
he could smell the pirates
he backed up under the bridge to fight to use echolocation
and about a million other examples of him being blind

Robert Shaw makes a great villain.

Denzel's best is American Gangster for my money.
Maybe it's just because I like it the best out of all DW's movies.
